Honda revealed a special version of the WR-V in Brazil with a max power output potential of 211 bhp. Motor1 shared images and details and as per the website, the Honda WR-V Turbo has been developed to act as the Pace Car for the Formula Indy stage in Brazil.
The Honda WR-V Turbo features a 1.5 L petrol engine, same as the stock variant sold in Brazil. However, in this case, the engine has been tuned to produce around 165 hp and 19.4 kgfm (190 Nm) of torque. The company says that the max power output can be dialled up to 211 bhp by increasing turbo pressure.
Visually, the Honda WR-V Turbo gets a striking Red, Black, and White colour scheme along with 'WR-V' decals on the side. It wears black 10-spoke alloy wheels and features black roof rails, blacked out chrome bits at the front and rear. The WR-V Turbo sits closer to the ground than the stock car thanks to a lower suspension and also boasts an enhanced braking package. Inside, it gets bucket seats and 4-point seatbelts.
