A special edition of the Chevrolet Spin MPV has been launched in the Brazilian market. Christened 'Chevrolet Spin Advantage' it is offered in a five-seat configuration with a 1.8-liter engine with manual and automatic transmissions.
Part of the 'Advantage' series rolled out across the Chevrolet product line in Brazil to provide buyers more value, the Spin Advantage gets darkened headlights, side body mouldings, glossy black mirror housings, special grey body color and aluminum-alloy rims in a dark tone.
Other features include fog lights, trip computer, electric door mirrors, rear parking sensor, leather-trimmed steering wheel, radio with a CD player, USB input/Aux-in and Bluetooth. It is to be noted that some of these features are optional extras.
In addition, the special edition gets air conditioning, power steering, front airbags, ABS brakes, power windows and a roof rack.
Prices for the Chevrolet Spin Advantage start from R $53,190 (14.99 lakh rupees) for the manual variant and R $56,890 (16.03 lakh rupees) for the automatic version. The Chevrolet Spin MPV, positioned as a budget family van, is sold in South America as well as in Thailand competing with the likes of the Suzuki Ertiga and the Toyota Avanza.
