Aston Martin has displayed a pair of models that were revealed earlier this year, at the 2014 Paris Motor Show.
Aston Martin V12 Vantage S Roadster
Unveiled in 2013, the V12 Vantage S became the pinnacle of performance from the house of Aston Martin. In 2014, the brand has brought forward the V12 Vantage S roadster which lets you hear the engine note a bit clearer.
Powered by a AM28 V12 engine, the vehicle develops 565 bhp and 620 Nm with a top speed of 201 mph (323.4 km/h) enabling the car to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.1 seconds.
The open-top Aston is fitted with a ventilated hood, carbon fiber body parts and an angry-looking grille inspired by the CC100 Speedster concept. The cabin is identical to the V12 Vantage S Coupe but customers can opt for the carbon fiber package that adds carbon fiber trim, carbon fiber door handles and black alloy pedals.
Aston Martin Vanquish Carbon Edition
Aston Martin has also showcased the Vanquish Carbon Edition at the Paris Motor Show. It can be ordered as a coupe or convertible, and features a white or black exterior with black window surrounds, exclusive brake calipers and ten-spoke alloy wheels sporting a gloss black finish.
Interiors are similar to the standard variants but for the Herringbone carbon fiber trim, black accents and a Bang & Olufsen music system having black anodized speaker grilles.
Both variants get the 6.0-liter V12 engine that produces 576 PS and 630 Nm of torque linked to an eight-speed automatic transmission that lets the coupe accelerate to 96.5 kph in 3.6 seconds.
