Modification experts, K-speed have created a stealthy and rugged-looking Royal Enfield Interceptor INT 650 that looks ready to dig its claws (knobby tyres) on some trails. The motorcycle has been given a massive makeover to distinguish it from the standard model.

The list of changes begins at the front where the modified motorcycle features LED headlight instead of a halogen unit on the standard Interceptor INT 650. A custom front fender sits over the new tyre. A unique feature on the modified motorcycle is the instrument console that, unlike any other bike, sits on the left side. While it adds a unique touch to the package, it isn’t the most practical place to install the dials.
Steering duties are performed by a flatter handlebar that is noticeably lower and wider than the stock unit. The switchgear, too, has been replaced by aftermarket unit.
The fuel tank retains the stock, tear-drop design. However, K-Speed has added a garnishing on the top-centre of the tank to give it an even more appealing look. The sub-frame of the Interceptor INT 650 has been shortened for a compact look, and the modified motorcycle features a rider-only setup. The tall-set, scrambler-style exhaust system adds to the rugged looks.
A distinctive treatment to the engine covers enhances the visual appeal of the modified Royal Enfield Interceptor INT 650. Other updates to the vehicle include aftermarket LED blinkers and LED taillight. Rest of the hardware specifications have been retained in the stock form. Thus, shock absorption tasks are handled by conventional telescopic front forks and twin-sided, gas-charged springs at the back. Anchoring department retains the disc brake setup on both wheels. The safety net comprises dual-channel ABS.
The wire-spokes retain the chrome finish while the rims get a stealthy black finish. The wheels come shod in off-road-spec tyres with a knobby tread.
Changes to the performance numbers are not mentioned. The stock motorcycle, for reference, draws 47 bhp of power at 7,250 rpm and 52 Nm of torque at 5,250 rpm from its 648 cc air & oil-cooled, parallel-twin cylinder, SOHC engine with fuel injection system.
