The Grande brings a full LED headlight that will help the Jupiter compete against the new Honda Activa 5G. Modern bits on the TVS Jupiter Grande include a semi-digital instrument console that includes an analogue speedometer and a digital screen. The instrument console also features an Econometer that is aimed to inform the rider when the scooter is delivering better fuel economy.

The scooter comes in a new Starlight Blue paint job. Beige panels and maroon coloured seat complement the new colour. The maroon saddle cover features a cross-stitched pattern that gives the scooter a more premium look. At the rear is a body coloured pillion grab rail. The scooter rides on machined alloy wheels.

The premium look is further enhanced by chrome garnishing starting at the front fender. An identical design element that was previously seen on the Jupiter Classic. The rear view mirrors, too, get chrome embellishment. Other chrome highlights on the Jupiter Grande include TVS logo on the apron, Jupiter branding on the side and the exhaust heat shield.

The changes, however, are limited to visuals and the Jupiter Grande continues to feature the same mechanical specifications as the standard TVS Jupiter. Thus, you get the 109.7 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled, OHC engine that is tuned to deliver 8 bhp of maximum power at 7,500 rpm and 8 Nm of peak torque at 5,500 rpm.

Hardware and accessories are identical to the standard Jupiter. Conventional, telescopic fork at the front and a gas charged monoshock at the rear perform the suspension duties. Stopping power is provided by drum brakes on both ends as standard while the front disc is available as an option for an extra cost. The scooter also gets the Sync Brake System. An underseat USB charging port can be purchased as an optional accessory.
