Bajaj Auto has launched the Bajaj Pulsar 150 Twin Disc variant at INR 78,016, ex-showroom, Delhi. The brand will continue selling the single disc variant alongside.
Apart from disc brakes at the front (260 mm) and rear (230 mm), the bike gets upgrades to improve its dynamics as well. The motorcycle comes with new paint scheme and graphics; split seats and split grab rails. Three colour options are available- Black Blue, Black Red and Black Chrome. Bajaj says the bike has a longer wheelbase than the previous generation motorcycle and that there is a significant improvement in the NVH (Noise Vibration Harshness) levels. Pulsar 150 is India’s largest selling sports motorcycle in the category, it has always been synonymous to sportiness and masculine charm. While retaining the core, the new twin disc Pulsar 150 will offer contemporary option to motorcycle enthusiasts. The new Pulsar 150 twin disc is targeted at modern youth who gets comfort in performance & mileage of bike but is looking for a sportier option.
The Bajaj Pulsar 150 Twin Disc variant continues to use the 149.5 cc DTS-I engine. It is good for 14 PS of power and 13.4 Nm of torque. The motorcycle rides on fatter 37 mm front fork, and twin Nitrox shock absorbers. ABS is not available even as an option. The bike competes with the newly introduced Honda X-Blade and TVS Apache RTR 160 White Race Edition.
