The Porsche Panamera 4 e-hybrid Sport Turismo is being showcased at the 2017 Thai Motor Expo. Porsche launched the car in Thailand at the event when it opened on 29 November.
The Porsche Panamera 4 e-hybrid Sport Turismo is in the entry-level configuration of the Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo’s e-hybrid variant. It is 5,049 mm long, 1,937 mm wide and 1,428 mm tall. It has a 2,950 mm wheelbase. There’s 520 litres of luggage space available, which is expandable to 1,295 litres on folding down the backrests of the three rear seats.
The Porsche Panamera 4 e-hybrid Sport Turismo employs a 2.9-litre twin-turbo V6 petrol engine combined with an electric motor. The internal combustion engine produces 330 PS and 450 Nm of torque. The electric motor generates 136 PS and 400 Nm of torque. Both sources together offer 462 PS and 700 Nm of torque. The 8-speed PDK dual-clutch automatic transmission and the Porsche Traction Management active AWD system are standard. Also standard is the Sport Chrono Package and the adaptive air suspension with Porsche Suspension Management (PASM).
The Porsche Panamera 4 e-hybrid Sport Turismo has a 14 kWh Lithium-Ion battery to power the electric motor. It has a zero-emissions driving range of 51 km in everyday driving. The combined fuel consumption rating is 2.6 litres/100 km, which converts to a fuel economy figure of 38.46 km/l.
On the outside, the Porsche Panamera 4 e-hybrid Sport Turismo features LED headlights including Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS), power adjustable & folding ORVMs with heating function, 21-inch wheels, panoramic roof, LED tail lights and dual exhaust tailpipes. Interior highlights include 4-zone automatic climate control, 14-way power seats (front) with memory package, 8-way individual power seats (rear) with memory package, Porsche Communication Management (PCM) infotainment system with navigation and Apple CarPlay and BOSE Surround Sound System.
