Accompanying the DN F-Sedan, the Daihatsu product making its world debut at the 2017 GIIAS is the DN Multisix concept. It gives us a glimpse of a possible flagship MPV from Toyota's budget brand for the Indonesian market.

The front fascia of the DN Multisix and the DN F-Sedan concepts point towards a new family look for future Daihatsu products.

With a front fascia similar to the sedan concept, the DN Multisix points towards a more premium design for future Daihatsu products. There are golden highlights that run around the lower part of the car. It gets opposing coach door enabling easy access to the cabin, which as the name suggests, offers seats for six. The posterior of the concept gets sleek tail lamps along with a sharp rear spoiler like element just below the windshield.

In typical show car fashion, the cabin looks futuristic. The dashboard barely has any buttons, and occupants enjoy a full glass roof. The Daihatsu DN Multisix Concept measures 4,310 mm in length, 1,720 mm in width and 1,695 mm in height. It has a wheelbase of 2,620 mm.

The Daihatsu DN Multisix concept hints at the possibility of a new large MPV that will sit above the mid-level Daihatsu Xenia. If the car enters production, expect the B-pillar less structure and opposing coach doors to give way to a more conventional looking front and rear doors.
