The Hero MotoCorp recently launched the Hero Glamour FI in Argentina.
The Hero Super Splendor i3S has been finally launched in India which brings their patented i3S technology into the bike.
Powering the Hero Super Splendor i3S is a 124.7 cc air cooled mill coupled to a 4 speed gearbox. The engine is capable of producing 9 bhp of maximum power at 7,000 rpm and 10.35 Nm of peak torque at 4,000 rpm. There is no confirmation whether the motorcycle is BSIV compliant or not. The engine output is precariously close to the Splendor iSmart 110.
Braking duties are taken care of by 130 mm drum setup at both ends. The Hero Super Splendor i3S gets iSmart technology which switches off the bike’s engine when it is at a standstill. To get the engine running again the rider needs to just press the clutch. And if this gets too much in the middle of a traffic jam one can flip the blue switch on the right side of the handlebar to turn off the start-stop feature.
