Would be exclusive to Europe.
Although not confirmed, Honda could be working on a Tourer version of the next generation Honda Civic 5-door that, if launched, will be exclusive to Europe. To give us an insight on what it could look like, Theophilus Chin has posted a render of the 2016 Honda Civic Tourer.
The model used for the render is the Civic sedan, although it is likely to be based on the Civic hatchback that was revealed as a concept at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show. It will be slightly longer than next-gen Honda Civic Hatchback, which is 130 mm longer, 200 mm wider and 20 mm lower than the current generation.
In Europe, the next-gen Civic Hatchback will be offered with a new 1.0-litre turbocharged three-cylinder petrol unit as the base engine. The 1.5-litre turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine from the sedan version as well as the 1.6-litre i-DTEC turbocharged four-cylinder diesel from the current hatchback are also likely. These would naturally be the candidates for the wagon.

The Honda Civic Tourer, if made, will come equipped with LED headlights, LED daytime running lights, tail lights with integrated LED bars, tailgate-mounted spoiler, electronic parking brake, electronic parking brake, heated front seats, heated outboard rear seats and Display Audio infotainment system with a 7-inch HD display and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration compatibility.
