The hatchback sports chrome accented grille, new front and rear bumpers with silver scuff plates, smoked headlamps, black side cladding, black moulded covers for the wheel arches, silver roof rails and wing mirrors, and Cross Polo decals on the rear doors. The exterior features are aimed at giving the car a crossover appeal.

The equipment list of the Cross Polo includes ABS, dual airbags, Climatronic AC with pollen filter, 4-speaker 2-Din RCD 320 music system with USB, Aux-in, SD Card and Bluetooth connectivity, tilt and telescopic adjustable steering wheel, height adjustable driver seat, powered rear view mirrors, foglights, rear parking sensors and remote central locking.
