Tata Sumo Extreme Concept
The Tata Sumo Extreme Concept is an off-roader concept with a muscular stance and a two-tone color scheme. Parked at the entrance of the Tata booth at the Auto Expo, the car is currently only for show.
The Sumo Extreme is designed for customers who are looking for "best-in-class style, technology and performance" with front and rear wheel arch cladding, all-terrain alloy rims and tires, scooped hood, large foglamps, black grille, black headlamps, roof rails, sump guard and darkened pillars.
The interiors are defined by the Black-Red combination of the seat upholstery and lighter colors on the headliners. Tata say that these features indicate the presence of power and the stoutness of a modern off-roader, though there seem to be no changes to the powertrain hardware.

Tata Safari Storme Ladakh Concept
The Tata Safari Storme Ladakh concept is the other car that is first to greet visitors at the company's booth in the expo. It gets a new 'Ladakh' logo decal, cladding on the front and rear, LED foglights, bull guard for a stronger look, body side moldings, roof mounted cladding and storage space, multi-terrain tires and interiors that have anodized blue accents on a sporty dark background to resonate with the landscape of Ladakh.
Tata say that the Storme Ladakh Concept can combine the adventure of off-road driving with the frills of high tech modern features. The show car is accessorized with gloves, ice axe, tents, carabineers, ropes, torches, backpacks and hiking shoes, colour co-ordinated with the theme of the car.
