Tata Motors has presented a rally edition of the Bolt hatchback, an executive version of the Zest compact sedan and a fully-kitted up GenX Nano, at the 2015 Autocar Performance Show.
Tata Bolt Rally Edition
The rally specced version of the Tata Bolt features racing seats, 5-point seatbelts, alloy wheels, rally-spec tyres and a race livery. There is no mechanical upgrade done on the car, and the company hasn't shared any intention of participating in the sport with the Bolt.
However, the company did supply two Bolts to Team Kajah Motorsports to modify the car as safety vehicles (Zero Cars) at the 2015 Rally of Coimbatore, a round of the FMSCI – Indian Rally Championship 2015.
Tata Zest Special Edition
The special version of the Tata Zest compact sedan seems to be tailored for chauffeuring executives, as the car features a premium black seat upholstery, a coat hanger and an LCD screen at the back. On the outside, the ORVM caps and the roof get a carbon fibre wrap, and the alloy wheels appear darker than the standard ones.
Tata Nano GenX Special Edition
The kitted-up Nano uses accessories from Tata Motors' genuine accessories store, including a comprehensive body kit, a roof-mounted spoiler, racy body decals, a sunroof, sport alloy wheels, door visors, remote boot release, and art-leather seat upholstery with cushions and carpet.
