As Indian Autos Blog readers are aware, the next generation Freelander will be badged as Discovery, and will be the first of the new family of these "premium leisure" SUVs.
Land Rover does not say much about the concept, apart from mentioning that it will have "emotive design, unrivalled capability and ultimate versatility". Based on the video, its easy to spot that the new Discovery Concept will have three rows of seats.
Gerry McGovern, Design Director and Chief Creative Officer for Land Rover, said -
Discovery has been pivotal in helping to build the foundations of the Land Rover brand. It is admired all over the world and loved by its strong customer base. We have created the Vision Concept to share the essence of Land Rover's new age of Discovery and to debut a new, compelling, relevant design direction that connects on an emotional level with customers of today and tomorrow.
