A couple of days ago, the Ford S-Max Concept was announced and it could be shown at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show which commences on September 10th. While the company had released a bunch of images showing the minivan, here are three videos detailing various aspects about the concept.

In the above video (thanks to YouTube user Vadim Ovsiankin), Martin Smith, Executive Director of Design for Ford Europe, unveils the Concept S-Max at its media presentation in Germany. The Concept S-Max is a design precursor to the next generation 7-seat people carrier.
2. Ford S-Max Concept Design Highlights

Various Ford personnel take you through the exterior and interior design of the S-Max concept in this video. Ford's Exterior Design Director, Stefan Lamm, says that the S-Max concept is the "most dynamic and upscale looking van" he could imagine while Ernst Reim, Ford Europe's Chief Interior Designer, speaks about the flexible seating the S-Max offers.
3. Ford S-Max Teaser

The last video is a general teaser for the S-Max concept. The concept is powered by a 1.5-liter EcoBoost engine. This engine, which is a variation of the 1.6-liter EcoBoost, will soon replace it thanks to the better fuel economy it promises.
