Just over a month after the 2019 Ford Figo's launch in India, its prices have been revised. The entry-price has now gone up to INR 5.23 lakh* (petrol)/INR 6.13 lakh* (diesel), but all other configurations are cheaper now.
With the launch of the facelifted Figo, Ford brought in new 1.2L and 1.5L petrol engines, new transmissions, new equipment and a few subtle design changes. You can read all about that in our comprehensive review here.
Throwing some more light on the price revision, the Figo Ambiente petrol has received a price hike of close to INR 8,000* and hence now starts at INR 5.23 lakh*. The Figo Ambiente diesel has received a significant INR 18,000* price hike and now costs INR 6.13 lakh*. The higher Titanium and Titanium Blu grades have seen a dramatic fall in the pricing, of up to INR 39,000*. This step has been taken to boost the sales of these variants and to trim down the gap which was present before. The full price comparison of the new and old prices has been presented in a table at the end of the story.
