Post its market launch in Nepal this August, the Fiat Avventura is on display at the 2015 Nepal Auto Show (2015 NADA Auto Show). Available with petrol and diesel engines, the Avventura is priced between NPR 29.95 lakhs to 32.9 lakhs for the petrol (INR 18.74 to INR 20.59 lakhs) and between NPR 38.95 to 40.95 lakhs (INR 24.38 to INR 25.63 lakhs) for the diesel.
The petrol range comprises of the Active and Dynamic variants, whereas the diesel comes in Dynamic and Emotion trims, the latter being the top-end. Powering the petrol Avventura is a 1.4-liter 'FIRE' four-cylinder engine capable of 88.73 bhp and 115 Nm of torque, paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox. The 1.3-liter MultiJet diesel develops 91.6 bhp and 209 Nm of torque, and is also paired to a 5-speed manual.
Based on the Punto Evo, the Avventura gets front and rear skid plates, roof rails, an external spare wheel, side body cladding and 16-inch alloy wheels. Inside, a soft touch dashboard, a compass and gauges for the inclination and profile are also available, in addition to automatic climate control, front and rear power windows, a multifunction steering wheel and an audio system with Bluetooth.
