Fiat Avventura launched in Nepal at NPR Rs 29.95 Lakh – IAB Report
Aravind Jayachandran, I'm a huge petrolhead, an automobile engineer, a massive fan of Ferrari, and loves collecting die-cast models for inspiration.
Has a 205 mm ground clearance.
The sole authorized distributor of Fiat, Life Automobile, has launched the Fiat Avventura crossover in Nepal. Prices start from NPR 29.95 Lakh – NPR 32.90 lakh for the petrol variant, while the diesel-powered model is priced between NPR 38.95 lakh – NPR 40.95 lakh.
The Fiat Avventura comes with a choice between a 1.4-liter ‘FIRE’ petrol engine producing 88.73 bhp at 6,000 rpm and 115 Nm of torque at 4,500 rpm, and a 1.3-liter ‘MultiJet’ diesel delivering 91.6 bhp at 4,000 rpm and 209 Nm of torque at 2,000 rpm. Both engines are paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox and, despite the tough looks, doesn’t feature an AWD system.
The Avventura is basically a rugged, crossover derivative of the Fiat Punto Evo. It measures 3,989 mm in length, 1,706 mm in width, 1,542 mm in height and 2,510 mm in wheelbase. It has a ground clearance of 205 mm, and comes with 205/55 R16 alloy wheels.
It also features an interior nearly identical to its hatchback brother, but is equipped with exclusive equipment like a separate binnacle for the high terrain gauge, inclinometer and compass, and a soft-touch dashboard.
