Skoda will launch the Skoda Vision X concept's production version in Europe next year. A new report from Auto.cz has revealed some details about the new Skoda small SUV's interior.

The Skoda Vision X concept's production version will feature a floating display, a first for a production Skoda.

The Skoda Vision X concept's interior is not as close to production as its exterior. Its production version will carry over certain main design elements, though. According to the Czech publication, the dashboard theme will remain similar and the 12.3-inch floating central display too will stay. The latter will mark a revolutionary change in Skoda's interior design, as until now, the company has preferred integrated central displays.

The Skoda small SUV is likely to get a virtual instrument cluster as well. Skoda debuted this feature in the Skoda Karoq last year and expanded its availability to the Skoda Octavia, Skoda Superb, and Skoda Kodiaq last month. Regular seats offering more comfort and accommodating an extra passenger should replace the rear bucket seats. Skoda will, almost certainly, delete the electric skateboards along with the two helmets and a camera drone from the equipment list.
