Mitsubishi had announced in August last year that the Mitsubishi Outlander is confirmed for India India. Finally, the company has started taking pre-bookings for the mid-size SUV in the country.
The third generation Mitsubishi Outlander is over six years old, and it had received a facelift in 2012. Mitsubishi offers it in only one configuration. The Indian-spec Mitsubishi Outlander measures 4,695 mm in length, 1,810 mm in width and 1,710 mm in height. It has a 2,670 mm wheelbase and a 190 mm ground clearance. Under the hood, there’s the 4B12 2.4-litre MIVEC petrol engine that produces 167 PS at 6,000 rpm and 222 Nm of torque at 4,100 rpm. A CVT and a 4WD system work together to send the drive to the wheels.
Mitsubishi is offering the Mitsubishi Outlander in our market in only the 7-seat version. On the outside, the Mitsubishi Outlander features LED headlamps with LED DRL, LED fog lamps, heated mirrors, 16-inch alloy wheels and LED rear combination lamps. Leather seats, leather gearshift knob, electronic parking brake, 6.1-inch central display and Rockford sound system with two tweeters, four speakers, one woofer and a 710-watt amplifier are some of the main interior features of the three-row SUV. On the safety front, 7 airbags, ABS with EBD, BA, ASC and HSA are standard.

The Mitsubishi Outlander is available in Black Pearl, Cosmic Blue, Orient Red, Cool Silver, White Solid, White Pearl and Titanium Gray colours.
