Gaadiwaadi reports that Honda has sold 17,047 units of its trendy 125cc scooter, the Honda Grazia in its first month.
It was reported in November that in 21 days since its launch, the Grazia clocked over 15,000 units. With the Grazia, Honda is targeting the urban youth who are in the market for a good-looking adequately powerful scooter. The Grazia boasts of a segment-first LED headlamp, and a 3-step eco speed indicator. It also features apron-mounted switch to access the underseat storage, and a mobile compartment on the apron. The compartment can house a mobile charger that’s available as an accessory.

Powering the scooter is a 125cc single cylinder HET engine. The mill is capable of generating 8.52 bhp of power at 6,500 rpm, and 10.54 Nm of torque at 5,000 rpm. The engine pairs with a variomatic transmission and the claimed top speed stands at 85 kmph.

For suspension, Honda has blessed the scooter with telescopic front fork, and a rear single shock absorber. Brakes include 130 mm drum on both ends with optional 190 mm disc at the front. The brakes come with CBS for better braking performance. The scooter is available in three variants with prices starting from INR 57,897, ex-showroom Delhi for the STD version. There are six colours to choose from.
