HMSI will expand its range of scooters with the Honda Grazia this year. The company has announced that it will launch the Honda Grazia on 8 November 2017.
The Honda Grazia is yet another scooter targeted at the youth after the Honda Dio. The advanced urban scooter has a twin-headlamp unit positioned on the front apron for a sporty styling. The aggressive headlamp unit takes up almost the entire width, and there are vertical turn indicators above. The scooter has a fibre body and its instrument cluster is a semi-analogue unit, consisting of a digital MID.
Spy shots suggest that it may have a taller seating compared to the Honda Dio, which has a seat height of 765 mm. Reports say that the Honda Grazia employs the Activa 125’s engine. This 124.9 cc unit produces 8.52 bhp at 6,500 rpm and 10.54 Nm of torque at 5,000 rpm. The Grazia will have a 12-inch tyre at the front and a 10-inch tyre at the rear. Honda will offer a front disc brake option.

Honda will likely price the Honda Grazia in the INR 55,000-60,000 (ex-showroom) range. In spite of the sportier styling, it may slot below the Honda Activa 125 because of the fibre body. Dealerships nationwide have started officially accepting bookings for an amount of INR 2,000.
