Enters production later this month.
Skoda has released the first interior image of the new Fabia, nearly a week after the car's official announcement. The Czech carmaker particularly talks about the car's new MirrorLink technology which allows smartphone apps to be displayed on the screen of the infotainment system.
An elegantly designed 3-spoke multifunction steering wheel is seen in front of an instrument cluster carrying the traditional Skoda font for the speedo and tachometer. The center console has a minimalist approach to it, and houses the controls for the automatic AC system, AUX-in, USB and the power outlet.
The dashboard as such is finished in a dual tone black-and-white shade, which to some extent reminds us of the VW Up!.
The Fabia will enter production later this month at Skoda's mother plant in Mlada Boleslav. It's public premiere will be held at the Paris Motor Show in October, shortly before it reaches European showrooms by the end of this year.
