Here is the TV commercial of the Skoda Superb facelift. The video delivers stats of how much time you spend in your car during your lifetime. The advertisement says that people spend enough time in their cars which is equal to the journey time from earth to the moon and back!
That is not the only interesting stat that Skoda shares with us. You spend about 22 days waiting for your loved ones and 23 hours in a car wash (obviously in the Europe). In total, during your lifetime, you end up waiting about 6 months in traffic signals. "On a whole, you spend three years of your life in a car, so better make yourself comfortable" says Skoda.
The Skoda Superb facelift concentrates mainly on getting its looks aligned with its brand's new corporate identity. The front grill, headlamp detailing and bumper are new. While the profile stays intact, the rear gets a comprehensive revision. The taillights are all new and the license plate enclosure has been promoted from the bumper to the boot lid.
You get a new steering wheel while the design and layout of the rest of the interior remain the same. Overall, the 2014 Superb emerges as a more mature product.
The Skoda Superb facelift's Indian debut is expected at Auto Expo 2014 in February.
