Its been over a month since Chevrolet dealers in Argentina started receiving initial stock of the refreshed Agile. The market launch of the B-segment hatchback took place this week and the prices of the refreshed Chevrolet Agile are also available.
The facelift brings restyled headlights, a new grille with chrome detailing and an all-new bumper at the front. Redesigned 16-inch alloy wheels, new lenses for the taillights and a mildly altered rear bumper complete the exterior changes.
Inside, Chevrolet has changed the steering wheel design to a flat-bottomed unit. The instrument cluster gets a rev counter which has its needle spinning in the opposite direction, while the speedometer's needle swings in the conventional direction.
The feature list of the top-end LTZ variant has been updated with cruise control, automatic headlights, ABS and airbags.
Mechanically however, the Agile is unchanged and continues to draw power from a 1.4-liter Flex motor producing 92hp and 120Nm of torque. A 5-speed manual gearbox is standard across the range.
Chevrolet have also introduced a limited edition based on the Agile called the 'Effect'. A black contrast roof, front spoiler, darkened headlights, 16-inch alloy wheels, body graphics, side skirts, sport seats and black mirror housings are the various exterior and interior changes incorporated on the Effect edition.
The refreshed Agile has been priced from 42,900 Reals (INR 12.05 lakhs) to 47,440 Reals (INR 13.33 lakhs).
