The Tata Harrier went on sale in January this year and its sales have reached 10,000 units. To celebrate this milestone, dual-tone exterior colour options have been introduced.
The Tata Harrier dual-tone is available in Calisto Copper and Orcus White colours and in only a range-topping 'XZ' variant. Irrespective of the colour option selected, the roof and ORVMs come in contrasting black colour. The dual-tone colour scheme definitely enhances the overall visual appeal of the SUV. The Tata Harrier dual-tone retails at INR 16.76 Lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi).
The Tata Harrier sits on the Omega-Arc platform which is a tweaked version of Jaguar Land Rover’s D8 platform. It is strictly a 5-seater, but there is also a 7-seat version of the same in the works. In terms of exteriors, the Tata Harrier features a multi-tier front light setup comprising ultra-slim, dual-function LED DRLs, Xenon HID projector headlamps and fog lamps with cornering function, 17-inch alloy wheels and sleek LED tail lights.
The Tata Harrier received a software update not long ago, thanks to which its range-topping, 8.8-inch Floating Island touchscreen infotainment system now supports both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Its other interior highlights include 9-speaker JBL sound system with amplifier and semi-digital instrument cluster, Benecke-Kaliko Oak Brown perforated leather seat upholstery and door pad inserts. Its safety kit includes features such as six airbags, ESP, reverse parking camera, Perimetric Alarm System and much more.
Under the hood, the C-SUV has a 2.0-litre diesel engine which churns out 140 PS at 3,750 rpm and 350 Nm of torque at 1,750-2,500 rpm. A 6-speed manual transmission sends power to the front two wheels.
The Tata Harrier's prices start at INR 13.00 lakh* (in single-tone) and extend up to INR 16.76 lakh* (in dual-tone).
