Perodua's first sedan for the Malaysian market.
Perodua will launch its first ever 'compact' sedan for the Malaysian market on July 21. The Perodua Bezza will be priced between RM 37,300-50,800 (INR 6.23 lakhs to INR 8.49 lakhs) and be available in five variants spread over three grades: base Standard G, Premium X and range-topping Advance.
The Perodua Bezza is based on the Axia’s platform, and measures 4,150 mm in length, 1,620 mm in width and 1,510 mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 2,455 mm. ASEAN NCAP has given full five stars to the top-end Bezza with VSC, while the lower variants that lack VSC get four stars.
Engine lineup will include two Toyota-sourced petrol engines: a 1.0L VVT-i three-cylinder petrol engine with 67 hp and 91 Nm of torque and 1.3 Dual VVT-i four-cylinder petrol engine with 94 hp and 121 Nm of torque. A 5-speed manual gearbox is standard in both variants, while a 4-speed automatic is optional.

As for equipment, the Bezza features remote boot release, one-touch power windows, parking sensors with reverse camera, keyless entry with a push-start button, USB ports for rear passengers and a 2-DIN touchscreen audio system with Mirrorlink connectivity.
