The VW Vento has been updated a few months ago and the German car maker has stepped up its marketing campaign for the car with a new TV commercial. Earlier we brought you the TVC of the new VW Polo and now its the turn of the sedan under the spotlight.

The VW Vento, just like the Polo, gets black tinted headlamps and new alloy wheels in a bid to spruce up the looks a little bit. The other upgrades come in the form of added equipment like the GPS navigation system as highlighted in the TVC, rear view camera, optional Bluetooth connectivity, 4 speaker audio system with steering mounted controls.
The VW Vento is powered by 1.6 litre petrol and diesel engines, both of which develop an identical power output of 105 bhp.
The petrol motor is mated either to a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed automatic gearbox while the oil burner is available only with 5-speed manual gearbox.
There is also a CNG version of the VW Vento in the pipeline expected to be launched this year.
