Following the launch of the updated Endeavour last month, Ford India is prepping for the introduction of the 2019 Ford Figo (facelift). While the refreshed B1-segmenter will launch on March 15, the company has revealed its exterior through a set of official images.
The 2019 Ford Figo (facelift) carries a comprehensively updated front facade, which features a new mesh-type upper grille and a new bumper with C-shaped chrome highlights at its corners. The side profile remains untouched, save for the introduction of the larger 15-inch alloy wheels on the top-spec trim. The rear features a revised bumper. The new model will be available in three trims - Ambiente, Titanium, and Titanium BLU. The new top-end trim will look sportier than the other versions owing to its black grille, contrast roof, sportier alloy wheels.
The interior of the 2019 Ford Figo (facelift) will look much like that of the 2018 Aspire. The refreshed model will sport a revised dashboard, while the cabin will offer additional features, including keyless entry, push-button start, automatic headlamps, rain sensing wipers and a floating-type touchscreen infotainment system. The standard safety suite will comprise ABS, dual front airbags, rear parking sensors, front seatbelt reminders, and a speed alert warning. The top-spec trim will offer adjustable rear headrests and six airbags.
The 2019 Ford Figo (facelift) will be sold with the same motors that are offered on the Aspire. The entry-level variants will be powered by the company's 96 hp, 1.2-litre Dragon engine that will be mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The top-spec petrol version will be propelled by a 123 hp, 1.5-litre Dragon motor that will come mated to a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission. The 100 hp, 1.5-litre oil-burner of the outgoing model has been carried over to the refresh.

Bookings for the 2019 Ford Figo (facelift) are already underway. The new model is expected to be priced between INR 5.00-5.40 lakh (ex-showroom).
