Following the limited edition Tata Tiago Wizz in September last year, a limited edition model of the Tata Tigor called Tata Tigor Buzz is set to go on sale soon this year. The Tata Tigor Buzz was recently spotted at a dealership in Mumbai.
The Tata Tigor Buzz’s special features seem similar to those of the Tata Tiago Wizz. It features Piano Black exterior mirrors, a contrasting black roof and sporty red accent on the AC vents. It may get unique exterior highlights and distinctive alloy wheels as well. Tata Motors will be aiming to boost sales with the special edition model.
The lack of the ConnectNext 5-inch touchscreen infotainment system suggests that the Tata Tigor Buzz edition isn’t based on the Tata Tigor XZ(O). The limited edition Tigor doesn’t have chrome on the waistline, which means that it isn’t based on the Tigor XZ either. The special edition model is likely based on the XE, XM or XT grade. It is equipped with the basic ConnectNext infotainment system.

The Tata Tigor Buzz is unlikely to have any mechanical changes. It should come with the same engines as the regular Tata Tigor - 1.2L Revotron petrol and 1.05L Revotorq diesel. The three-cylinder petrol engine produces 85 PS at 6,000 rpm and 114 Nm of torque at 3,500 rpm. The three-cylinder diesel engine develops 70 PS at 4,000 rpm and 140 Nm of torque at 1,800-3,000 rpm. A 5-speed manual transmission is expected as standard in the Buzz edition. The fuel economy shouldn't differ from the regular model - 20.3 km/l (petrol)/24.37 km/l (diesel).
