Toyota Calya mini MPV revealed - In 15 Images

Toyota has revealed the Toyota Calya mini-MPV for Indonesia ahead of its public debut at the 2016 Gaikindo Indonesian International Auto Show (GIIAS). The 7-seat mini-MPV falls under the LCGC (Low Cost Green Car) category and will be available in two grades in the country - E and G.

The Toyota Calya measures 4,070 mm in length, 1,655 mm in width and 1,600 mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 2,525 mm and a ground clearance of 180 mm. Standard features include power windows in all doors, second-row HVAC vents, one-touch tumble second-row 60:40 split-folding seats, dual-front airbags, 2-speaker double-DIN multimedia system with CD, USB and AUX input and parking (reverse) sensors.

The Calya G tops out with some premium equipment including foglamps, electrically-folding door mirrors with integrated turn indicators, silver trim on the door and dashboard and chrome accents on the HVAC vents and gear knob. Additionally, the G grade's multimedia system has four speakers as well as Bluetooth connectivity.

The Toyota Calya is powered by an 88 PS (86.76 hp) 3NR-VE 1.2-litre Dual VVT-i petrol engine.

The Toyota Calya is powered by the 3NR-VE 1.2-litre Dual VVT-i four-cylinder petrol engine that produces 88 PS (86.76 hp) at 6,000 rpm and 108 Nm of torque at 4,200 rpm. Transmission choices include 5-speed manual and 4-speed automatic. ABS is standard in all configurations except the Calya E 5MT.
