The 2016 Innova is expected to launch in India in H1 2016.
Within a week of its world premiere and market launch in Indonesia, a report claims that White and Black colors are the most sought after on the 2016 Toyota Innova. The second generation MPV, which is priced between IDR 282 million (INR 13.59 lakhs) to IDR 423.8 million (INR 20.43 lakhs), has already received over 2,000 bookings.
TMMIN (Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia) says that it is producing a unit of the 2016 Innova every 90 seconds, and that it will soon export the MPV to other Asian and Middle Eastern markets.
The 2016 Toyota Innova is sold in the Indonesian market with a 2.4-liter GD diesel engine or a 2.0-liter VVT-i petrol engine. Both engine options get the choice of a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission. Features such as alloy wheels, a touchscreen entertainment system, ABS, EBD and three airbags (dual front+driver's knee) are standard across the range.
The top-end 'Q' variant of the 2016 Innova gets 7 airbags, VSC, Hill Hold, 17-inch alloy wheels, climate control, voice recognition, HDMI, captains chairs and cruise control in addition.

The Innova is the best-selling product for TKM (Toyota Kirloskar Motor), and an unveiling of the 2016 model is expected at the Auto Expo 2016. According to reports, TKM will launch the new Innova in the first half of next year.
