1. Hyundai Elite i20
The second generation of the global premium hatchback made its world debut in India. The Hyundai Elite i20 is available with a 1.2-litre petrol engine mated to a 5-speed MT and a 1.4-litre diesel motor paired to a 6-speed MT. Prices start at INR 4.89 lakhs, (ex-showroom Delhi).
2. Tata Zest
The Tata Zest is arguably the company's most significant launch in recent years after the Nano. The Zest, with a starting price of INR 4.64 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi), undercuts most of the rivals and premium hatchbacks.
3. Bajaj Discover 150
The Bajaj Discover 150 F and Discover 150 S twins have been launched starting from INR 52,030 (ex-showroom Delhi). The duo is powered by a new 144.8 cc air-cooled engine putting out 14.5 PS (14.29 bhp) and 12.75 Nm of torque.
4. 2015 Volvo XC90
Volvo has started teasing the exterior of the 2015 Volvo XC90 SUV. The LED headlamp unit of the car features a T-shaped running light element which the company's designers fondly call as the "Thor's Hammer".
5. Land Rover Discovery Sport
The Land Rover Discovery Sport will make its premiere on September 3. Our rendering artist Shoeb Kalania envisions the production version based on the teaser images.
