Mazda is at the 2014 Philippines International Motor Show 2014 (CAMPI 2014) with the Mazda MX-5 25th Anniversary Edition and the new Mazda3 Speed.
Mazda MX-5 25th Anniversary Edition
The MX-5 25th Anniversary Edition, as the name suggests, celebrates the iconic two-seat sportcar's 25 years of existence. The latest generation has made its global premiere earlier this month.
The celebratory edition stands out with a specially crafted interior with "25th Anniversary Edition" logo embossed on the leather seats and door sills. The car also receives red contrast stitching for the seats, leather-wrapped steering wheel, gear and hand brake levers, and door pads. The instrument console features a satin chrome finish, and the dashboard has a hand-painted red decoration and with an anniversary badge and serial number.
Special features of the exterior include 17-inch alloy wheels with gun metal finish, tinted headlamps and black wing mirror covers, A-pillars and a retractable hardtop.
Power comes from a 2.0-litre four-cylinder gasoline engine that develops 167 PS (164.64 bhp) and 190 Nm torque. The transmission is a 6-speed manual unit.
Only 25 units are allotted for Philippines and they are already sold out.

Mazda3 Speed
The Mazda3 Speed is the new top-end variant of the premium hatchback. Visually, the 3 Speed can be identified by means of the body kit and rear diffuser. In terms of equipment, a Bose 9-speaker surround sound system has been added. The rest of the equipment level remains the same as the SkyActiv R 5DR variant.
Powering the Mazda3 Speed is a 2.0-litre four-cylinder gasoline engine that is mated to a 6-speed automatic gearbox with paddle shifters. The engine puts out 155 PS (152.81 bhp) and 200 Nm of torque.
