A couple of leaked patent images of a Fiat Tipo/Fiat Egea (for Turkish market) with a sporty body kit has emerged online, giving an idea as to what the new sedan would look like if Fiat were to consider a sportier option. Note that Fiat has not confirmed such a variant, so far.
The Fiat Tipo/Fiat Egea is finished in a bright red gloss exterior color and sports a body kit that includes extended front and rear bumpers, deep side skirts, a faux diffuser and dual exhaust tips, which collectively add a sense of aggression to the Tipo's simple design. There is a black pinstripe running across the shoulder line with "356 S" at the end, while the roof is also finished in black.
Although there are no interior images, if such a model actually came into fruition, expect a sportier leather upholstery with contrast stitching, new instrument dials, aluminum foot pedals, and exclusive floor mats. The standard model has a three-spoke multifunction steering wheel, 5 inch UConnect infotaintment display, among other features.

The Tipo has made its motorshow debut at the 2015 Dubai Motor Show, and is already available for sale in Italy at prices starting from EUR 12,500.
