One year after its introduction, the Tata Tiago has been showcased at the 2017 NADA Auto show in Nepal. The car is available in the country in three variants - XE, XM and XZ. The car was launched at NPR 22.55 lakhs (ex-showroom Kathmandu). Nepal was the first export market for the Tiago last year.
The Tiago is available with Revotron petrol engine and Revotorq diesel engine in the country. The petrol variant uses a 1.2-litre three-cylinder engine which produces 85 PS of power (83.80 hp) at 6,000 rpm and 114 Nm of torque. The diesel variant employs a 1.05-litre three-cylinder diesel engine which develops 70 PS (69.01 hp) at 4,000 rpm and 140 Nm of torque at 1,800-3,000 rpm. They are paired to a 5-speed MT.

The ARAI-rated fuel efficiency of the Tata Tiago petrol is 23.84 km/l. The fuel efficiency of the diesel variant stands at 27.28 km/l. The notable features of the Tata Tiago include dual-tone interior scheme, ConnectNext infotainment system by Harman with Turn-by-Turn Navi app and the Juke-Car app.
The Tiago offers dual front airbags and ABS with EBD and Corner Stability Control. The car also gets rear parking sensors.
The Tata Tiago is available in Nepal in six exterior colours: Striker Blue, Berry Red, Sunburst Orange, Espresso Brown, Pearlescent White and Platinum Silver.
