Powertrain similar to the larger Figo Aspire.
Ford India launched the 2015 Figo in the country today with prices starting at INR 4.29 lakhs, ex-Showroom, New Delhi.
Sharing its underpinnings, powertrain and features with the Figo Aspire, the new Figo is available with two petrol engines and one diesel engine. The 1.5-liter TDCi diesel makes 100 PS and 215 Nm of torque, and delivers a class-leading fuel economy of 25.83 km/l, identical to the Aspire.
The 1.2-liter Ti-VCT petrol which generates 88 PS and 112 Nm of torque also delivers a fuel efficiency identical to the Aspire at 18.16 km/l. The third engine option is a 1.5-liter Ti-VCT petrol capable of 112 PS and 136 Nm of torque, but is paired to a dual-clutch 6-speed Powershift transmission.
Ford India is offering a driver airbag as standard even on the base variant of the Figo. Variants higher up receive dual front airbags, but the Titanium+ gets a class-leading 6 airbags (side and curtain airbags). Additionally, features such as ESP and Hill Hold are part of the Powershift transmission package.

The Figo AT is priced at INR 6.91 lakhs, the Figo 1.2P from INR 4.29 to INR 6.4 lakhs, and the Figo 1.5D from INR 5.29 to INR 7.4 lakhs, ex-Showroom, New Delhi.
