Toyota Rush mini SUV facelift ready for Indonesia - Spied

Cosmetic changes gives it the legs to run until the next gen is ready.

AutonetMagz has published spyshots and the pricing of the Toyota Rush facelift, whose brochure was leaked a few days ago. As per the site, the car will be launched shortly with a 16 million IDR (INR 76,619) price increase.

As for the cosmetic changes, at the front the car gains a silver skid plate, new grille and black accent on the bumper. At the back, a new two-tone roof spoiler, rear bumper, chrome embellishment on the rear door, new spare tire housing, LED taillights with clear lens covers, and new branding round up the differences.

The interior features a new leather steering, instrument cluster and a multimedia system, that appears to be a touchscreen unit with navigation function.

Hill Start Assist and stability control would be deleted, while Toyota will put three rows of seats as standard across variants, an anonymous tipster said in a letter to the popular Indonesian site.

As per the leaked price list, the ten variants of the Toyota Rush facelift will cost from 233.2 million IDR (INR 11.16 lakhs) to 262.8 million IDR (INR 12.58 lakhs). All variants are equipped with the 1.5-liter petrol engine that generates 107.5 bhp and 141.2 Nm of torque. It comes paired to either a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed automatic.

While five variants are equipped with automatic transmission, the two most expensive variants are accessorized versions of the already rich TRD variants. TKM have already ruled out the current gen Rush for India, citing the lack of a diesel engine option.
