This is the sportier version of the Ottimo hatchback.
Fiat showcased the sportier-looking version of the Fiat Ottimo hatchback, called the Ottimo Sport at the 2015 Shanghai Auto Show.
The Ottimo Sport does not get any mechanical upgrades with the changes purely cosmetic. The revisions come through the form of gloss-black surrounds for the front grille and bumpers, chrome-finished side mirrors and redesigned dual-tone alloy wheels. The rear portion is distinguished from the standard by presence of a Sport badge on the tail gate.
The interior has the same layout as that of the standard car but with a black theme. It has been made to look sportier with the use of leather-wrapped sport seats and contrasting red stitching that is extended to the three-spoke steering wheel, door pads and gear shift boot.
Power is sourced from a 1.4-liter four cylinder T-Jet engine capable of producing 150 hp. This unit can be paired to either a 5-speed manual or a dual-clutch transmission. The Fiat Ottimo Sport is manufactured in China by the Guangzhou-Fiat joint venture, and is not sold outside the country.
