Has a 510 liter boot.
Seen here are new images of the Fiat Egea, possibly shot during a media test drive program. The Egea, as reported earlier, will launch in Turkey next month with four engine choices.
Starting the range will be a 1.4-liter FIRE petrol engine capable of 95 hp when matched to a 5-speed manual transmission. Next up in the petrol lineup is a 1.6-liter Etorq 110 hp engine mated to a 6-speed automatic gearbox.
The diesel lineup sees Fiat's MultiJet family, composed of the 1.3- and 1.6-liter units. The 1.3-liter engine delivers 95 hp with a 5-speed manual whereas the more potent 1.6-liter churns 120 hp with a 6-speed manual transmission. According to reports, from June 2016, the 1.6-liter diesel will also be available with a 6-speed dual-clutch transmission.
Fiat confirmed on its Turkish website that the Egea measures 4.5 meters in length, 2.64 meters in wheelbase, 1.78 meters in width and 1.48 meters in height. Billed as a 'compact sedan', the boot space of the Egea is good for 510 liters.
