The exterior styling of the Skoda Kodiaq was previewed by the Skoda VisionS concept, featuring characteristic angular lines, Skoda's butterfly grille, sleek double headlamps, and LED taillamps. It measures 4,697 mm long, 1,882 mm wide, 1,667 mm tall and has a 2,791 mm wheelbase.

Inside, the styling has familiar lines, yet has a unique look altogether. It is available with three upholstery options: a fabric/leather combination and leather or Alcantara covers, and five interior trim options. It's the first Skoda to offer third-row seating as an optional feature. With the third row seats folded down, the Kodiaq has a boot volume of 720L, which can be increased to 2,065L with the second row folded.
