1. Not-for-India 2015 Ford Edge revealed
The second generation Ford Edge crossover SUV has been revealed and it will be available in RHD configuration for the first time. However, the stylish Europe-targeted crossover does not plan to serve customers in India.
2. Nissan Sunny facelift to be launched on July 3
The Nissan Sunny facelift is scheduled to be launched on July 3. The refreshed sedan receives styling updates and minor tweaks to the diesel engine to improve the fuel economy. The equipment list has been enhanced too.
3. Mahindra 110 cc (Mahindra G101) scooter spied
The upcoming Mahindra G101 (codename) 110 cc scooter was spotted testing by an IAB reader from Kerala. The Honda Activa rival is likely to borrow its engine from the Mahindra Centuro and appears ready to be launched.
4. Bajaj RE60 spied with plastic curtains
Ahead of its launch that could happen anytime after October 1, the Bajaj RE60 quadricycle was spotted by our reader Mr. Shatrughan Saxena in Pune. The test mule featured plastic curtains instead of glass windows in a typical Autorickshaw fashion.
5. VW Polo facelift bookings commence
Bookings for the VW Polo facelift have started in dealerships across the nation for INR 50,000. The Polo facelift gets a new 1.5-litre four-cylinder diesel engine in two states of tune instead of the old car's 1.2-litre three-cylinder unit, while the basic petrol trims would continue using the same 1.2-liter three-cylinder engine.
