1. DC Avanti
DC Avanti, dubbed India's first supercar, will be delivered to customers starting from January next year, Indian Autos Blog learns. The Pune-based automaker has commenced fresh bookings for the car, which has been spied testing extensively.
2. Maruti Swift Facelift
The updated hatchback with added features and subtle design tweaks will be launched shortly and Maruti dealers have started taking orders. Deliveries are likely to start early next month.
3. Hyundai Elite i20 Cross
The Hyundai Elite i20 with a rough road package has been spotted testing by IAB reader Mr. Mohamed Shahid Hussain. The surprise variant is aimed at other soft crossovers like the VW Cross Polo, Toyota Etios Cross and Fiat Avventura.
4. Yamaha SZ-RR
The Yamaha SZ-RR premium commuter has been updated with the new 149 cc BlueCore engine which debuted in the FZ FI V2.0 series. The carbureted engine is claimed to improve fuel efficiency by 11%.
5. Fiat Avventura
The Fiat Avventura soft crossover based on the Punto has been launched in India at INR 5.99 lakhs (ex-showroom New Delhi). The car borrows its 1.4-litre petrol and 1.3-litre diesel engines from the Punto.
