Chevrolet has, at the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show, unveiled two new models of the Sonic sedan. The first is the Sonic RS sedan, which seems to be heavily influenced by the Sonic RS hatchback. Like the hatchback, the sedan gets a turbocharged 1.4-liter engine with a 6-speed manual transmission. The gearbox has been tuned to what Chevy calls “performance oriented gear ratios”. The engine will produce 138 bhp and has a torque output of 200 Nm.
The front-wheel drive sedan, like the hatchback, sports disc brakes on all wheels along with MacPherson struts on the front and a torsion beam setup on the rear. Features such as ESC, ABS and traction control are available as standard. The RS is priced at 20,530 USD (INR 12.94 lakhs).

Chevrolet also introduced the Sonic Dusk. This sedan was shown as a concept at the SEMA recently. Under the hood, a 4-cylinder ECOTEC engine of 1.4-liters with VVT, churns out 138 bhp. The sedan has metallic upper and lower grilles, along with a metallic exterior. The Dusk is priced at 20,945 USD (INR 13.2 lakhs).
The models are being displayed alongside the 2015 Chevrolet Colorado, 2015 Silverado, 2015 Tahoe and the 2015 Suburban.
