Toyota-owned Scion has just unveiled a Monogram Series for the FR-S coupe. The FR-S coupe gets a limited production run of 2,000 units and Scion charges $27,400 (Rs 16,85,100) for the manual variant and $28,500 (Rs 17,52,750) for the automatic transmission variant respectively.
The Monogram Series FR-S coupe retains the same engine as the standard FR-S. It gets the same 2.0-liter four-cylinder boxer engine that produces 200 hp and a peak torque of 205 Nm. The rear-wheel drive Monogram Series FR-S gets leather seats with Alcantara inserts and a higher-end audio with integrated navigation system, apart from a smart key with push button start, HID headlamps with LED daytime running lights, dual-zone auto climate control system, heated front seats, heated outside mirrors, frameless rearview mirrors, color-keyed rear spoiler, rear-seat centre armrest and carpet cargo mat.
The FR-S measures 4,234 mm in length, 1,775 mm in width, 1,285 mm in height and gets a wheelbase of 2,570 mm. Just like the tC coupe, the FR-S gets traction control and vehicle stability control as standard.
