Not based on the actual motorcycle.
RushLane has posted a speculative rendering of the model codenamed TVS U69 which is the fully-faired version of the BMW G310R that is being developed by TVS Motor Company, according to sources. The motorcycle could be unveiled at the Auto Expo 2016, says the report.
While the BMW G310R would compete with the KTM Duke 390, Mahindra Mojo, Benelli TNT 300, Kawasaki Z250 and the like, the TVS U69 (codename) would rival the KTM RC390, Kawasaki Ninja 300, Yamaha R3, upcoming Suzuki Gixxer 250 and Honda CBR250R. It is unclear yet if the U69 will be tuned to be a super sport / track-focused model or a sports tourer.
The BMW G310R was designed and developed by BMW Motorrad in Munich. The said TVS version is being designed locally however. As a result, the 313 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine on the BMW G310R could be re-tuned to produce less than 34 PS and 28 Nm, and the six-speed transmission may also have a different set of ratios.

The production of both models will be taken care of by TVS Motor Company, likely at the company's Hosur plant.
