The XUV100 will be powered by an all-new 1.2-litre three-cylinder petrol engine and expectedly the 1.5-litre mHawk 80 three-cylinder diesel motor that is doing duty in the Mahindra TUV300. Both engines would get a five-speed manual gearbox as standard, while the diesel version could get an option of a five-speed AMT.
