A purely imaginative rendering.
Hatchback-based crossovers are becoming popular in India, as it appeals to car buyers with the looks of a utility vehicle and drivability of a normal hatchback. X-Tomi has rendered a crossover version of the 2017 Maruti Swift - one of India's most anticipated product launches this year.
X-Tomi has increased the ground clearance, added black-plastic body cladding and silver garnish on the bumpers, and installed roof rails. If Maruti were to develop a crossover variant of the Swift, expect it to look something along the lines of the model rendered above.
The fourth generation Swift was revealed in JDM-spec last week, which will go on sale in the next two days in Japan. The Euro-spec model will debut at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show in March, and arrive in showrooms across Europe later in the same year.
