Discontinuation attributed to poor sales, reportedly.

ET Auto reports that GM India is looking to discontinue production of the Chevrolet Enjoy this month. However, GM India hasn't confirmed such a move in action, stating that they don't comment on rumors.

GM India have confirmed that the Chevrolet Spin will not be launched in India. One of the key reasons could be low volumes from the segment; demand for compact MPVs in the market has lowered due to the rising popularity of competitively-priced compact SUVs in the market.

GM will also discontinue models such as Sail hatchback and Sail Sedan in this financial year. The Sail Sedan is reportedly going to be replaced by the Chevrolet Beat Essentia, the company's first ever sub-four meter sedan.
