Will likely be powered by a Fiat-sourced 1.3L diesel engine.
Chevrolet has showcased the Chevrolet Spin at the Auto Expo 2016 and reaffirmed that it will be launched in India in 2017.
On the outside, the Spin shares the same face with the dual port grille that is seen on all Chevrolet models. It is dominated by the signature dual-port grille with sweptback headlights on either side. Circular fog lamps with chrome embellishment adorn the lower portion of the front fascia. The rear view is taken up by the large tailgate and wraparound tail lights. The 7-seat MPV measures 4,360 mm, 1,730 mm and 1,680 mm in length, width and height respectively, and has a wheelbase of 2,520 mm.
The interior of the Chevrolet Spin sports a dual-tone finish with the dashboard featuring a functional design. The centerpiece of the instrument panel is the audio system that is Bluetooth, USB and Aux compatible. The seats are wrapped in fabric cloth, while a three-spoke multifunction steering wheel completes the simple cabin.
The engine has not been confirmed by GM yet, but it is reported that power will come from a Fiat-sourced 1.3-liter diesel unit and that this engine will be paired to a 5-speed manual transmission.
